Abstract:
Satyam, the training manager was very much annoyed as the participants were taking more time during breaks in a training programme. He immediately realised the reason for the delay is due to the Coffee/tea/biscuits serving and conserving time. On an average, it is taking one minute from the time the server enquires each participant’s preference until the participant moves away with his snack and drink. Satyam and his director, with the help of process analysis and flowcharting find a solution to the problem.
